Sand Sculpture

This award was produced in a number of sizes with the largest being 14″  in diameter, however can be produced much larger.  The sandstone award starts out as a solid carved wood material that is shaped to create the tornado design.  Then a bonding agent is applied and the sand is bonded to the surface of the wood sculpture.  The result is what looks like an art piece that looks like it was carved from sandstone.  This piece sits proud on top of the solid wood base producing a nice heavy feel and look.  We have several types of sand available to tailer the piece to the requirements.  We can also create a variety of shapes and sizes with this process.  Contact us for additional details.
